- Visit Hoa Sua restaurant (28A Ha Hoi), Le Croissant (21 Ha Hoi and 54 Xuan Dieu), Baguette&Chocolat (the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology) and Café Smile (5 Van Mieu) for meals or snacks. Everything that you see (or eat) in these places has been made by the students as part of their training.
- Similarly, clothes at the Chef Collection (21D Ha Hoi) are the sewing and embroidery student's creations, including the uniforms, napkins, tablecloths and curtains in our restaurants.
- Book Hoa Sua's catering service for your personal and business events. We can cater to large groups with a large range of Vietnamese and European dishes, for sit down dinners or buffets.
- Attend our Vietnamese cooking classes and learn about the country's gastronomic culture. Classes are given in English and include a market tour as well as a visit to Hoa Sua's vocational training classes.
- Volunteer your time or money. Work with us to train students, fund the programmes, make donations, establish exchanged programmes and share your experiences. .
